A First Phone Call

After you call, email or send the form, we set up a time for a first phone call to talk through your project. Then we schedule a site visit.

A Site Visit

We meet you at the property and walk it with you to identify a clear scope of work. It is best that all decision makers are present. Approximate budget and timing are discussed.

A Written Proposal

If design work is needed, a proposal for design services is emailed to you for review. If not, we draft a proposal for the work discussed and email that instead.
