Reach Out
Give us a call, send an email, or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll setup a time for an initial phone call to discuss your project. Then we’ll schedule a site visit.

Site Visit
We’ll meet you at the project site and walk the property to identify a clear scope of work and your landscape needs. It’s best that all decision makers be present at this time. Approximate budget and timing will be discussed.

Design Agreement
If needed a proposal for design services will be emailed to you for review and acceptance. If no design work is needed, a proposal will be drafted for the implementation of any work discussed and emailed to you.

Let’s Get Started
Upon proposal acceptance, a time will be setup for a second site visit to collect measurements and photos of the site for base plan creation.

Design
Once a base plan is created, design and plan preparation work begins. We will develop a concept for your space and maintain communication with you during the design process. Landscape, Hardscape, and Lighting plans will be created for your project.

Presentation
Color landscape plans will be printed and a time will be setup with you for presentation. The plans will include photos of all proposed materials and amenities. Any material samples will be presented. Revisions will be discussed as well. A proposal for the implementation of the design will be created upon design satisfaction.

Bring To Life
Once the design and proposal is approved we’ll schedule a date for the installation of your new landscape.
